**Booking an in home cleaning service with Clear Path Pressure Pros LLC is an automatic agreement to all policies and procedures**

Please Read Carefully

Policies/ Procedures for Home Cleaning:

  1. Closed doors: any room or area that is to be cleaned must have an open door unless we are made aware ahead of time. This is a privacy matter but also ensures our safety if there are animals, or family members sleeping behind closed doors.

  2. Preparing: we don’t ask that you clean before we clean, that’s our job. One thing that helps us be more efficient is making sure the kitchen sink is free of any dishes & that trash bags are left where we can see them if you would like for us to replace bags.

  3. Entry: when confirming your appointment, please make us aware of any entry instructions (I.e where the key is, or the door code). If we arrive and we cannot get in, we will wait for 15 minutes for further instruction. After 15 minutes we leave, and a 25% lock out fee will be invoiced.

  4. Payment: we require all payments to be paid upon completion of the service. Payments made after the due date will incur a penalty of 20% per day. Payment can be made by cash, personal check, zelle, venmo or online payment gateway via credit card (3.5% convenience fee applies). Personal checks returned for any reason will have a $40 returned check fee added, and a different payment method will need to be used. Due to the nature of this job, we offer NO REFUNDS. If you are not happy, please let us know within 24 hours of your cleaning service and we will come back as soon as possible to fix the problem.

  5. Estimates: All prices given are “estimates” meaning, if we arrive and the job is bigger than expected or is going to take longer than we allotted for, price is subject to change. We will notifiy you as soon as possible, and if you do not agree to the new price, we can come up with a plan that works for you.

  6. Supplies/equipment: we bring all necessary supplies, tools, and equipment needed for all jobs, except for a toilet brush. This ensures that there is no cross contamination between homes. All other tools used by the service provider are properly disinfected or replaced. Special requests for specific supplies can be made ahead of time.

  7. We do not move furniture, or large appliances. If you need cleaning done behind or underneath, we can accommodate you if you move them and put them back.

  8. Photos: Booking a clean with Clear Path Pressure Pros LLC is an automatic agreement to photos being taken either inside or outside your home for before and after purposes. We will take the upmost discretion to your privacy. All home addresses, family photos, and personal identifiers will be left out of photos.

  9. Arrival time: We will schedule an estimated time of arrival. Please allow for a 30-minute arrival window. If an unforeseen circumstance occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  10. Added services: any services that are to be added on, must be discussed prior to our arrival. We plan our day based on the jobs, and the time it will take us. Unfortunately, we cannot always add things in last minute, but will do our best to accommodate you.

  11. Cancellation Policy:

    1. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking.

    2. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee $50

  12.  Temperature: inside temperatures must be suitable for the cleaner. Normally a comfortable range is 68-72 degrees. If temperatures are too low/high and cannot be adjusted, we will reschedule until the issue can be resolved.

  13. Trash: we will empty all trash bins if required and take the trash bags outside to the garbage bin. If the garbage bin is not in visible sight or we are not made aware of its whereabouts, we will leave it by the door we exit out of.
